Upon settlement, clients receive a limited-use license, while Biz-Datas retains the right to:

• Reuse anonymised versions of the work for promotional, educational, or showcase purposes;

• Display project outcomes and interfaces across websites, presentations, and digital portfolios.

Clients may request exclusion from public use by written agreement prior to commencement. Failure to do so constitutes deemed consent.
 

9. Non-Dispute and Escalation Clause

Clients, users, or stakeholders accessing the website or services of Biz-Datas agree not to initiate public complaints, disparagement, or defamation over perceived accessibility issues before providing formal notice and an opportunity to resolve the concern internally.

In the event of a dispute:

• Parties agree to initiate resolution through negotiation and commercial mediation.

• Formal legal proceedings may only commence after evidence-based escalation has occurred.

All claims are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
